The Refurbishment of Kinsbourne Farm reached a milestone in February 2021 with the completion of the refit of Unit 2
The refit of Unit 2 at Kinsbourne Farm represents the completion of Phase 1 of the works with the upgrade of an old commercial unit with new face brickwork and insultated cladding to provide modern, flexible commercial space of 4 new tenants. All tenants moved in during February 2021.
