Aspley Group are delighted to have secured a further 6 new units at Kinsbourne Farm, Stagsden
As part of a wider programme of site improvements, the Aspley Group are delighted to have secured planning permission for an additional 6 new commercial units at Kinsbourne Farm. The units will replace 2 redundant poultry sheds which have stood unused for a number of years.
The 6 new units will be c1,600 square foot each, with office space, kitchen area and toliets, as well as data from the dedicated fibre supply to the site.
Demolition is due to start during Summer 2020, with the new units being available for occupation in 2021.
