Next Phase at Ladymead given the go-ahead by AVDC
The Aspley Group are delighted to announce that they have secured planning permission from Aylesbury Vale District Council for a further 5 commercial units at Ladymead Farm.
The additional units will bring the total of commercial units at the development up to 12, offering a total square footage across the development of c 38,000 square foot.
Construction is due to start during the summer of 2019, with units available for occupation by the end of the year.
